Financial Guarantees
We are a privately owned company with over 30 years standing and our full range of ABTA-IATA-ATOL guarantees are backed by the huge Fred Olsen Travel Group. Your holidays are also backed with “Airline Failure Insurance” cover, and we consider this range of cover is the very best you can have to guarantee your travel. As from o1st October 2012 all “Holidays by Air” must have an ATOL CERTIFICATE issued at the same time as a booking is made. This provides the client with “Total Financial cover” for all clients issued by the Civil aviation Authority and is charged to the client at £2.50 per person.
Speedway Meetings
All meetings listed in this brochure follow the official FIM 2013 calendar. Additional meetings have been offered from information available at the date of our brochure publication 18 December 2012.
Should any GRAND PRIX be cancelled then you will receive A FULL REFUND of all stadium tickets purchased. This also applies to any extra meetings within your holiday. In the event of a postponement of any GRAND PRIX we will make every effort to include the new date, as long as it fits in with existing travel arrangements. There may be an extra transportation charge should we need to hire additional/extra transfers. When a GRAND PRIX is postponed, attending the re-arranged event will always take precedence over any other meeting or pre-booked excursion.
Tour Managers
ALL OUR TOURS ARE FULLY ESCORTED from arrival at your overseas airport. Our full team has a wealth of experience, and are chosen for their experience, reliability, honesty, personality and speedway knowledge. They are on tour solely to look after your well being, and to ensure that your holiday is free from worry and problems. Your well being and satisfaction is of the utmost concern to us, and at all times we will keep you advised should any changes be necessary.
Flights and Airports
We endeavour to make sure your travel is both comfortable and trouble free. At all times we try to offer as many local departure airports as possible. Often flight times and schedules are changed after we have published our brochure. Should this occur we will make every effort to offer you a choice should the original flights not be available. Should you wish to extend your holiday by staying extra days, or indeed require a quick return then please do advise us as soon as possible.
How to Choose Your Tour
Certain Tours have the labels of “IDEAL FOR COUPLES” or “IDEAL FOR PURISTS”. These recommendations are based on experience of the actual destination, but are by no means exclusive…you are welcome to join us whatever your personal circumstances. Also should you wish to save the cost of a “Single Room” supplement, we have an extensive data base which may enable you to share a room with a similar person of the same sex.
Passports/Visas/Airline Reservations
It is VITAL that your name on the booking form is exactly the same as on your passport. No nicknames, name shortening-..FIRST NAME and FAMILY NAME EXACTLY as listed on your Passport, which must be valid for 3 months for all Europe departures…6 months for the USA & New Zealand Tours. For the USA Tour you will need a ESTA Visitors visa which we will complete on your behalf.
Airline Baggage
Most airlines now only allow 10 kilos “In cabin” bags. Any extra “In Hold” luggage, usually up to a further 15 kilos are charged at £40/£50 return. With “In cabin” there are size restrictions, along with a limit on liquids with a maximum capacity of 100mls per item. Full details are available from our office. For the USA & NEW ZEALAND Tours a full baggage allowance of of 20 kilos is included in your holiday cost.
Airport Hotels and Parking
Take that extra strain away from your departure with an overnight Airport hotel and Airport parking at all local UK departure airports. Please advise us on your booking form as to your requirements.
